Rohn Ragland
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Rohn moved to Arizona in 2020 and has since become a dedicated force for community empowerment and social equity. He currently serves as the Board Chairman and Co-Founder of Empowered Hands, a nonprofit focused on supporting vulnerable populations through strategic advocacy, outreach, and partnerships. Rohn is also the Director of Operations at Allied Youth LLC and serves as an Undergraduate Student Government Senator at Arizona State University, where he leads efforts around civic engagement and student advocacy.
Recognized for his impact and leadership, Rohn has received multiple honors, including the 2019 Community Service Award from the Sow One Foundation, the 2023 Tempe MLK Diversity Award, and the Dolores Huerta Award. With a commitment to lasting change, he continues to work across sectors to uplift marginalized communities and drive forward inclusive solutions in Arizona and beyond.

Jazin Hodge
Hodge is a strategist, organizer, and creative entrepreneur with a passion for purpose-driven work. With a strong background in political advocacy, nonprofit development, and digital strategy, he has led impactful civic engagement efforts across Arizona—mobilizing underrepresented voters, defeating harmful developments, and building sustainable coalitions. As founder of Allied Youth LLC, Jazin empowers communities through culturally relevant campaigns, strategic consulting, and storytelling. His work ranges from crafting digital content for Bakari Behavioral Health to leading statewide policy tracking initiatives focused on AANHPI equity.
Rooted in grassroots values and entrepreneurial spirit, Jazin is developing a tea distribution business featuring blends like lavender and ginger snap, merging wellness with community enterprise. He holds a bachelor's degree from NYU and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Howard University to scale mission-driven ventures.

Mistico is a dynamic entrepreneur and strategist with a diverse background spanning technology, sports, and the arts. He is the founder of Zen Technologies and currently serves as Head of Strategy at BreatheEV, where he drives innovative growth initiatives. Before his business career, Antoine played professional baseball with the Seattle Mariners.
Beyond the boardroom, Antoine is a successful music artist with over 1.5 million listeners and 6 million streams worldwide, showcasing his creative versatility. His unique blend of leadership, strategic insight, and creative passion makes him a vital asset to Empowered Hands’ mission.

As CEO of Apex Transitional Housing Inc., he spearheads strategic planning and drives initiatives that address housing challenges with a mission-driven focus. Derrick excels at fostering collaborative community partnerships and building organizational capacity to deliver sustainable, life-changing outcomes. His leadership blends deep expertise in transitional housing with a commitment to empowering individuals and families on their path to stability and self-sufficiency.
